Vajratiya Vajrobol is a Ph.D. student at the University of Delhi South Campus, Institute of Informatics and Communication. Her research focuses on the intersection of mental health, natural language processing (NLP), and low-resource languages. She has made significant contributions to the field of NLP, particularly in the context of addressing mental health challenges in diverse linguistic contexts. One of her notable publications involves the detection of depression in the Thai language. In this study, she employed an attention-based neural network approach to develop a model for identifying signs of depression in Thai text. Her work in this area was showcased at the 19th International Conference on Natural Language Processing held at IIIT, Delhi, India, highlighting her dedication to advancing research in the field of mental health and NLP. Additionally, Vajratiya Vajrobol has been actively involved in research related to healthcare and medical domains. She co-authored research papers that explored various aspects of healthcare, including the perceptions of healthcare researchers regarding ChatGPT, the trustworthiness of ChatGPT for consulting among doctors, and the perspectives of individuals with comorbidities towards COVID-19 booster vaccine shots using natural language processing and sentiment analysis. Vajratiya Vajrobol's academic pursuits and research contributions demonstrate her commitment to advancing knowledge in areas that have a profound impact on society, particularly in the fields of mental health, NLP, and healthcare.
